어려운 경험·극복 과정·교훈 중심으로 푸는 결
One of the hardest experiences I had was during my internship, when I was assigned to a project with a very tight deadline. The team was short-staffed, and I was the only one handling a part of the data pipeline that I had never worked on before. I had to figure things out mostly on my own while still meeting the daily updates the team expected.
The most difficult part was not the technical challenge itself, but managing the uncertainty — not knowing whether my approach was right and having to keep moving anyway. I broke the task into small steps and checked in with my mentor at each milestone instead of waiting until I had something finished. That helped me catch a wrong assumption early and saved a lot of time. Looking back, that experience taught me that asking early is faster than fixing late. I now try to surface blockers as soon as they appear rather than waiting until I have a complete answer.
