How I learned about this company — specific trigger and connection
I first learned about this company through a case study in one of my marketing courses. We analyzed how the company built its customer loyalty program, and I remember thinking that the strategy was more data-driven than what I usually saw in similar businesses.
After that, I started following the company's news on my own. What stood out to me was how consistently the brand voice stayed the same across different markets — the tone felt clear and intentional rather than generic. That's something I find genuinely interesting to study and eventually contribute to.
I also looked into the company's career page and read some interviews with team members. The way people described their work — especially around cross-functional collaboration and how decisions get made — matched what I'm hoping to experience early in my career. That's when I decided to apply.
