Spider-Man wins — using reasoning based on agility and adaptability
I would go with Spider-Man. His biggest advantage is adaptability — he can swing around obstacles, shoot webs from a distance, and react much faster than a human. Batman is incredibly skilled and well-equipped, but he relies heavily on preparation and gadgets. If Spider-Man can keep Batman from setting traps, Batman loses a lot of his edge. What I find interesting is that Batman's greatest strength is also his vulnerability — he plans everything meticulously. In an unexpected, unscripted fight, Spider-Man's instincts and spider-sense would give him the upper hand. That said, I think the more fascinating question is what each hero represents: Batman is about discipline overcoming limitation, while Spider-Man is about using unexpected gifts responsibly. Personally, I relate more to Spider-Man — the idea that you can do a lot with what you have, even when it feels overwhelming. If I had to put a number on it, I'd say Spider-Man wins 6 out of 10 times in an open fight.
